Policies and Guidelines

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the beachfront villas. If guests wish to smoke, they must do so in designated outdoor areas and properly dispose of cigarette butts.

2. Respect quiet hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by adhering to designated quiet hours, typically from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment.

3. No parties or events: The beachfront villa is intended for peaceful relaxation and enjoyment. Parties, gatherings, and events that exceed the maximum occupancy or disturb the tranquility of the property are strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained from the host. Additional charges will apply where prior approval is given .

4. Guest limit: The villa has an occupancy limit of 6 as specified in the listing. Please ensure that this limit is not exceeded at any time during your stay unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. Special arrangements may be made with the host in advance  to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. However, there is a charge for each additional guest over the limit of 6 specified in our listing.. 

5. No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Beach House villa, unless specifically authorized by the host in advance.

6. Care for the property: Guests are expected to treat the villa and its amenities with respect. . All items in the villas are to be put back in the same place as found upon check in such as kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses, pots, dishes and appliances save and except for used towels. Any damages or breakages caused by guests during their stay must be reported to the host immediately, and guests may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs. 

7. Keep the villa clean: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Please tidy up after yourself and leave the villa in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess or additional cleaning required may result in extra charges.

8. Respect the natural surroundings: The beachfront villa is often located in a pristine natural setting. Guests are expected to respect the environment, including not littering and properly disposing of garbage in designated bins.

9. Follow local laws and regulations: Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the local area, including but not limited to noise restrictions, parking regulations, and beach access rules.

10. Communication and cooperation: Guests are encouraged to communicate openly and promptly with the host regarding any concerns, questions, or special requests. Cooperation with the host's instructions and house rules is expected throughout the stay.

11. Guests may use the facilities offered such as kayaks, lounge chairs, hammocks, swings, dining areas and partake in water sports activities including swimming and kayaking  at their own risk and leisure. 

12. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed  within 10 feet of the beach or river without adult supervision. 

13. Outdoor cushions are provided for your extra comfort and relaxation. We ask that you  take them indoors when it’s raining. 

13. Housekeeper, cook, laundress, masseuse, airport pick up and drop off are available at extra charge.
